Tyre Coup­lings RLT & RLU

Our Tyre Coup­lings of the RINGFEDER^® RLT and RLU series – originating from the proven RATHI^® TYRE-FLEX product lines – combine high torsional elasticity with effective damping of vibrations, shock loads and fluctuating operating loads. As a result, they provide reliable protection for connected machines and drive components while contributing to smooth running characteristics. The elastic couplings reliably compensate for axial, radial and angular shaft misalignments and are therefore particularly suitable for applications involving larger shaft displacements or unavoidable alignment deviations. Thanks to their robust design and resistance to dirt, dust and moisture, they prove their worth even under demanding operating conditions. Typical applications include pumps, fans, compressors, conveyors and mixers, as well as a wide range of installations in the cement, steel, energy, food and raw material industries. With the RINGFEDER^® RLT and RLU series, couplings with both closed and split tyre elements as well as various hub and spacer configurations are available, allowing application-specific adaptation to a wide variety of drive concepts.
