    RATHI TRANSPOWER PVT. LTD., headquartered in Pune, India, becomes part of RINGFEDER POWER TRANSMISSION.     RINGFEDER POWER TRANSMISSION acquires CARLYLE JOHNSON MACHINE COMPANY, LLC., headquartered in Bolton, Connecticut, USA, strategically expanding its activities and presence across the North American market. The company’s portfolio broadens the existing product offering to include mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic clutches and brakes, as well as non-contact, centrifugal seals.

    RINGFEDER POWER TRANSMISSION acquires HENFEL INDÚSTRIA METALÚRGICA LTDA., headquartered in Jaboticabal, Brazil. Through this acquisition, the company strengthens its international market position and gains direct access to the South American market. At the same time, the product portfolio is expanded to include high-quality elastic and hydrodynamic couplings, industrial brakes and bearing housings, while significantly enhancing local manufacturing and service capabilities throughout South America.

    Oskar-Erich Peter, an engineer at RINGFEDER, invents the clamping element.

    The German Patent Office grants the patent for a spring consisting of rings,  spring, invented by Ernst Kreissig, engineer at the Waggonfabrik A.G., Uerdingen. In the same year, RINGFEDER GMBH is founded to acquire and exploit the inventor's rights of Waggonfabrik A.G., since the German State Railroad at that time only awards contracts on a quota basis and no turnover should be lost on the wagons.
