Our Pin & Bush Couplings of the RINGFEDER® RLB and RLP series – based on the renowned RATHI® RB and RP product lines – combine high torque capacities with effective vibration and shock load damping for demanding industrial applications. The torsionally elastic couplings transmit torque reliably via highly resilient pins and elastomer elements while simultaneously compensating for axial, radial and angular shaft misalignments. As a result, connected machines and drive components are effectively protected against dynamic loads and overall system availability is increased. Thanks to their robust design, easily replaceable elastomer elements and low maintenance requirements, the couplings prove their worth even under harsh operating conditions. Typical applications include conveyors, pumps, compressors, cranes and hoists, as well as a wide range of installations in the steel, cement, mining, energy and raw material industries. While the RINGFEDER® RLB series is designed for maximum torque transmission in heavy-duty industrial drives, the RINGFEDER® RLP series offers compact and cost-efficient solutions for dynamic drive systems through the use of highly resistant polyurethane elastomers.
