Elastomer Jaw Couplings of the RINGFEDER^® RLN series combine high performance, operational reliability and cost efficiency for demanding industrial applications. Originating from the proven series RATHI^® N-FLEX RN, they are particularly suitable for pumps, machinery and a wide range of material handling, power transmission and process engineering applications. The torsionally elastic, fail-safe and axially pluggable couplings reliably compensate for axial, radial and angular shaft misalignments while effectively damping shock loads, torsional vibrations and fluctuating operating loads. At the same time, they ensure backlash-free torque transmission during normal operation, thereby contributing to smooth and reliable system performance. The series is available as type RLN B, type RLN A with axially removable jaw part, and type RLN H with spacer, enabling optimal adaptation to different installation and maintenance requirements. Easily replaceable elastomer elements made of rubber, polyurethane or H-Trans are available in various shore hardnesses, providing application-specific damping and stiffness characteristics as well as high resistance to a wide range of environmental and operating conditions. The result is a durable, low-wear coupling solution requiring minimal maintenance while ensuring high system availability.
