Gear Couplings RLZ

Gear Couplings of the RINGFEDER^® RLZ series have been developed for the reliable transmission of high torques in demanding industrial and heavy-duty applications. Based on the proven RATHI^® GEAR-FLEX RGD and RGS types, they combine high power density, robust design and long service life in an economical overall solution. Depending on the type, the couplings reliably compensate for axial, radial and angular shaft misalignments without imposing additional axial loads on adjacent bearings. To ensure optimal adaptation to different drive concepts, double-cardanic RLZ BCB/BNB types with two geared hubs as well as single-cardanic RLZ BCR/BNR types with one geared hub and one rigid hub are available. Designed in accordance with the AGMA standard, the couplings enable the reliable transmission of high torques while maintaining compact dimensions and are particularly suitable for applications in material handling, the steel and metal industry, power generation, as well as in general machinery and plant engineering. The result is a powerful, durable and economical coupling solution for reliable system operation.
