The RINGFEDER^® Pin & Bush Couplings of the RLP series have been specially developed for applications with high mechanical loads. s Their robust steel hubs offer significantly greater strength than cast hubs, while the flexible polyurethane elements ensure reliable, shock-absorbing torque transmission. Typical applications include industrial fans, conveyor systems, cranes, escalators, mixers, crushers, extruders and pumps.

The Couplings offer a number of practical advantages: they are puncture-proof, corrosion-protected (phosphate coating), low-maintenance, require no lubrication and allow wear parts to be replaced quickly. They also compensate for axial, radial and angular misalignment between shafts.

The RLP Couplings are optionally available with spacers for bridging larger shaft distances. For applications with high torque transmission requirements, clamping elements can also be integrated, which are accessible from the outside or inside.
