Quick Locking Assemblies with Central Nut

Our RINGFEDER^® Quick Locking Assemblies with Central Nut create compact, completely backlash-free internal force-fit clamping connections for precision applications with small shaft and hub diameters. Tightening the single central locknut axially presses the tapered rings against each other, creating a secure friction-locked connection between shaft and hub. This enables particularly quick and easy installation, removal and adjustment, without the need to tighten multiple clamping screws in sequence. The self-centering design ensures precise concentricity and facilitates the exact positioning of the connected components. Thanks to their small outer diameter, the quick locking assemblies are particularly suitable for thin-walled hubs and confined installation spaces. Their low weight and low mass moment of inertia also support their use in dynamic drive systems. The RINGFEDER^® RfN 7070, RfN 7075 and RfN 7085 series cover different size and performance ranges; RINGFEDER^® RfN 7090 is also available as a compact stainless steel version. All versions are suitable for both grooved and grooveless shafts.
