Application Description:

The couplings are used in the machine line Tru Tube Laser. This kind of machines are laser cutting machines for tubes.The coupling are mounted in the tube feeding system to the laser cutting head. The gripper are driven with an servo drive, he adjusted the gripper to the individual tube diameter. The torque generated over the servo drive and transmitted over the coupling / line shaft to the different gear boxes. In the case of tubel variance they are used a different numbers of couplings and shafts.

The inflexible shaft coupling are designed according the dimension of DKN sizes. The coupling are used for the conecction between the gearboxes and the flexible shaft.

Special specifications (Notes):

We are used coupling parts with special tolerances. In this way, the customer can built the line shaft by himself and he can used tube, which he need for other applications. He buys only the couplings bei RPT, and he can reduced the costs for this coupling connection. With the inflexible coupling system we are in this case an system supplier.
